I'm delighted to offer the Wedding Package deal of €1,050 which includes the ceremony, the Beach location and the Professional Photographer. (surcharge of €155 for groups of 15 to 49, and €255 for groups of 50+).
I have a good working relationship with the owners of this restaurant. The restaurant team delivers a high quality service but at reasonable prices. They have many years experience in the Wedding Industry and I have full confidence in the fresh products used and the friendly staff.
The Restaurant is set in a stunning sandy cove with a rocky outcrop which makes a striking memorable backdrop to your Wedding day and for your Wedding Photographs. It has a pergola set up on the shaded terrace which overlooks the sandy beach and sea, if you prefer not to be on the actual beach. The Restaurant has a lovely traditional feel to it. It’s incredibly pretty with large palm trees providing plenty of shade and lovely stone steps leading down to the pretty beach cove.
Capacity is up to 200 people. Wedding menus are available for a minimum of 15 adults.
There is a private shaded car park provided for your guests, if required.
There is an indoor area in the highly unlikely chance of bad weather.

Wedding cake included in the menu is 110grms of Spanish wedding cake (sponge) covered in cream (so the cake is cream coloured) or white chocolate (so the cake is white). You can bring own flowers to decorate it.
The restaurant can add false layers / tiers if you want a larger cake. This costs approx €18 per layer / tier.
If you prefer to have individual desserts and pay for a wedding cake as extra: The restaurant can supply the typically Spanish wedding cake (sponge) covered in cream or white chocolate. Please ask for a quote depending on number of guests.

You can choose an individual dessert from the list above and I can get a quote for you from the local Wedding Cake Designer.

All menus are served with drinks included
Red & White Wine, San Miguel Beer, Tinto verano (typical Spanish refreshing drink made with red wine and lemonade), soft drinks & water.
When your guests arrive you may like a welcome drink for them before the ceremony. This is €2.10 per person for wine, beer, tinto verano and soft drinks and €2.50 per glass of Cava. Or guests may buy their own drinks from the bar.
Or you can have a 30 minute welcome cocktail of drinks, crisps and olives for €5.50 per person.
The canapés on menus 1 to 6 listed above are served on the terrace after the ceremony, maximum 45 minutes prior to the meal being served (usually while the Couple are having their photoshoot), and drinks are included from this point.
With menu 7 the canapés are served at the table as a starter. If you wish to add extra canapes served on the terrace in between the ceremony and this starter please ask for a quote. Prices start from €6.50 per person including drinks.
Extras to be considered
If you wish to add on some food stations later in the evening after your meal for your guests (see above menu 8 with stations). These cost approx €7-€10 per person or approx. €15 for the BBQ station. Please ask me for a quote.
The package fees of €1,050 for the Ceremony and Photographer (surcharge of €155 for groups of 15 to 50, and €255 for groups of 50+).
Open Bar - Minumum 30 adults, 2 options:
Bottles of Whiskey, Rum, Gin, Vodka etc are €99 each which includes the mixers (12 per bottle) and a waiter.
OR
3 hours Open Bar: €32/adult or €10/child (soft drinks).
4 hours Open Bar: €37/adult or €10/child (soft drinks).
5 hours Open Bar: €42/adult or €10/child (soft drinks).
For 5 hours drinks packages and above, included are savoury pastries OR a selection of mini pizza for your guests later on in the evening.
You can add on more hours for the open bar for €5 more per person if pre-booked (€6 pp if on the night).
Good quality brands are used but not top end brands.
Mojito/Cocktails: approx €8/unit (Minimum 40)
BAR CLOSING TIMES
ON ALL the terraces and the Glass room when privately hired you must add on the drinks packages in order for the bar to stay open as they have to pay for the extra staff for the bar. Please see above drinks packages per hour. Whichever package you book is how long the bar will stay open for. Although there are maximum closing times of 2am Friday and Saturdays and midnight Sunday to Thursday on Small / Sun & Large Terraces beach side as these are open air. The Glass room / disco room below are as late as 6am. The open bar drinks packages include all soft drinks, beer, wine and spirits and mixers or you can pay for a minimum of 3 bottles of spirits for €90 a bottle per hour to keep the bar open, includes all mixers but does not include wine/beer/cava (so total per hour would be €270 to keep the bar open OR the hourly drinks packages). After your drinks package time has run out on the night, you can choose to keep the bar open for longer by paying for another hour or more. Or if not the bar will close 30 minutes later and you will need to leave.

DJ: Approx. €500 this is the minimum cost and covers up to 4 hours. For each extra hour after this you can pay the DJ €90 per hour on the night. Or there is a SPECIAL DEAL for up to 9 hours of €799 including: guests arriving, the Ceremony, during dinner and for a Disco afterwards. Again for extra hours on the night this is €90. Please note there is a supplement of €150 to set up on the beach if you are having a Beach Ceremony as this involves extra equipment and set up time. Please note the number of hours you have the DJ has to match the number of hours you pay to keep the bar open.
Live music: I have some contacts for bands, Spanish Guitarists, Mexican Groups, Flamenco music and Dancers, Cello and Violinists etc. please ask for more info. Please note Bands are only allowed in the sound proof disco room. All other music is fine on the terrace or beach.
Chocolate Fountain (not available on open air terraces) or Sweet Buffet. Approx €250 please ask for more details.

The Photographer: The package price includes photography for your guests arriving, ceremony details, the Bride(s) / Groom(s) arrival, the Ceremony and for a photoshoot after the ceremony (approx 2 hours in total). You can extend this time if required to add on 'Getting Ready shots' at your accommodation, the Wedding reception / meal, Cake cutting, Speeches, after meal party and even 'Trash the Dress' (usually done after the Wedding before you return home, can be on the Beach as photo below shows). Please ask for different package prices if you would like to have memories / story board of your whole day and a Wedding Album.
You can hire LOVE light up letters or your initials for €220. Please ask for more details.
Medium Sun Terrace: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 5,000 Euros, and Monday to Thursday 3,000 Euros (fits max 70 people).
Please note there are 3 private terraces to choose from depending on the size of your group. Or the sister restaurant modern room with glass doors. Each private terrace/area has minimum spends for food and drink of: (August prices can vary slightly. Please contact me for a quote).
Small private terrace: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 1500 Euros, Monday to Thursday 1000 Euros (fits max 35 people).
Medium Sun Terrace: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 5,000 Euros, and Monday to Thursday 3,000 Euros (fits max 70 people).
Large Terrace with pergola: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10,000 Euros, Monday to Thursday 3,000 Euros min spend (fits max 180 people).
The sister restaurant set across from the beach venue. It includes a private room with glass walls overlooking the sea, private terrace area for the ceremony and drinks: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10,000 Euros, Monday to Thursday 3,000 Euros min spend (fits max 160 people).
Booking Conditions
The restaurant offers for two different set ups of pergola (see photos below)
4 poster is €700 (only available at the beach bar) and 3 poster is €560 (available at both the beach bar and the private terraces beach)
Both options include a full beach set up: includes 30 white Tiffany chairs on the beach, and you can add extra chairs for €1.50 each up to max of 50 people.
For your meal they will use the white material chairs on the terrace with choice of colours of bows (turquoise, cream hemp, red, palm leaves in green and white or pale pink) and table runners choice of cream hemp, turquoise or palm leaves.
On the beach whichever pergola you select will be decorated in white cloth. If you require flowers to decorate the legs of the pergola please email me for a quote.
The set up includes the aisle carpet (navy blue or red. A white carpet is available for a €20 surcharge) and decorated altar table.

The same full Wedding set up is available on the main terrace for €420 (groups of 35 or more), medium terrace €350 (groups of up to 70) or €150 on the smaller terrace (groups of 35 or less). I would highly recommend one of the terraces as it is shaded so more comfortable for yourselves and guests, it is private and overlooks the sea and beach so is cooler. You can then go and have Wedding photos on the beach after the ceremony.
To Reserve your Wedding Date
A downpayment of €500 is required by Bank Transfer to the Restaurant to secure your date. Or in cash or by credit card if your are in Spain and we are meeting at the Restaurant.
Then 8 weeks before your wedding date a further 60% is required by bank transfer to the Restaurant, unless you are in Spain then you can go and pay them by Credit card or cash.
The remaining balance of 40% will be due on the night in cash or before the day in cash if you are in Spain. I´m sorry but they can no longer take a credit card payment for the balance on the night as too may UK / Irish banks are declining the payment on the night and then the restaurant are left without their final payment.
The Restaurant is very open to changing menus as required. So if you want to build your own then please let me know and I can get a quote for you.

Open Air Terraces
As there have recently been changes to the noise laws in Spain along the coast: no live music is allowed at open air venues and no DJ loud music after midnight Sunday to Thursday and after 2am Friday and Saturday nights. In the glass room you can party as late as 6am as long as you have paid for the open bar or the 3 x bottles per hour until this time.
Disco room and Bar
Or the other option is to hire their sound proof disco room which is 2 minutes walk away. You simply move here after the meal has been served. You can then have a band and loud DJ music until whatever time you would like. There is a bar, stage, dance floor and disco lighting. The cost for this is approx €500 for the extra staff and services, use of the music system if you are not hiring a DJ and to cover cleaning afterwards. Please see photos of the disco room below. Please note: there is a minimum spend of €1500 on drinks Monday - Thursday and €2500 Friday - Sunday. This does not include the €500 room hire. There are 2 options of drinks packages available - the open bar charged per hour per guest or the 3 x bottles of spirit each hour. Please ask for more info.
The music system if you are not hiring a DJ works with any device with a jack plug (head phones output) or from a computer or USB stick. You will need to bring your own music device and playlists with you and you will be in charge of playing these on the night. Please note the new iPhones do not have a jack plug / headphones output so you will need to bring your own adaptor for these. In the restaurant if you do not wish to use the disco room or hire a DJ you can hire their PA music speaker for €99 for the night, noise laws must however be obeyed.
